By accessing evaldu.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
Evaldu provides a neutral B2B software evaluation platform. Buyer organisations may use the platform free of charge. Software companies may list their products subject to our listing terms. You agree not to misuse the platform or submit false or misleading product information.
Intellectual Property
All content on Evaldu including AX Profiles, evaluation frameworks, and platform design is owned by Evaldu. You retain ownership of your own product data and evaluation records.
Limitation of Liability
Evaldu provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from evaluations. Evaldu is not liable for purchase decisions made using information on the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
